Potato Growers! Get ready for three days of focus on the potato industry as The Idaho Potato Conference and Eastern Idaho Ag Expo are back January 21-23, 2025 on the campus of Idaho State University! Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am - 5pm. Thursday 9am - 1pm.

The 2025 Idaho Potato Conference offers workshops and seminars dedicated to a broad range of industry topics! Come learn about Pest, nutrient and irrigation management, optimizing storage, soil health, and more. Applicator license recertification credits and Certified Crop Advisor credits are available; AND - two days of the popular Spanish-language sessions that include a wide variety of topics including beneficial insects, weed identification, post harvest potato physiology, farm stress awareness, and so much more!

With Holt Arena filled with displays and equipment, and a packed Student Union ballroom, there’s over 150 companies, there to help you become more efficient, and more profitable!
